Inventory Services

• Inventory Report:
  Details the general condition of your property prior to your tenant taking occupation.
  All rooms are inspected and includes decor, fixtures & fittings.
  Our Clerk will also take meter readings for both Gas and Electrical supplies.

• Check-in Report:
  A report that is given to your new tenant and will be explained by our Inventory Clerk.
  This ensures both the tenant and yourself have the a clear documented record of the property as they begin their tenancy. This help to protect the tenants deposit as well as ensuring your property is protected against losses and damages that may be sustained through the tenancy period.

• Check-out Report:
  Once your tenants tenancy period is coming to a close, our Inventory Clerk will conduct a final inspection. This results in a Check-out report being created that you can compare with the original Check-in report. Any damages or losses are then easily noticeable allowing you, the landlord, to debit the tenants deposit to cover those losses and damages.

• Mid-Term Report:
  On long tenancy contacts, it is advisable to have one to several Mid-Term reports.
  This is similar to the Check-out report but allows for losses and damages to be identified immediately, allowing you to discuss this with your tenant and to receive a mutual agreement without bad feeling or confrontation.
